As soon as Lauren opened the door, the energy was perfect. I knew I was in the perfect place. She intuitively knew how to align me without a ton of pressure. She gave me exercises to do for my problem areas that were simple and very effective. I would most definitely return and price was fantastic!

Lauren is outstanding in her practice and knowledge. She's incredible. I did the 60 mins massage and red light therapy and I walked out of there like I was on clouds. Will definitely be back.

Lauren provides the most relaxing massages I’ve ever had. I had my first 90 minute massage this week and I don’t think I’ll ever schedule 60 minutes again. It was amazing! Hurry to schedule because her appointments fill quickly.
