As soon as I enter Lauren’s “den” I feel cozy and safe and I begin to feel with all my senses. Lauren has a magical key to my wellbeing no matter my need or mood. Perfect - I can’t thank Lauren enough for her healing hands and connection.
As soon as Lauren opened the door, the energy was perfect. I knew I was in the perfect place. She intuitively knew how to align me without a ton of pressure. She gave me exercises to do for my problem areas that were simple and very effective. I would most definitely return and price was fantastic!
Lauren is outstanding in her practice and knowledge. She's incredible. I did the 60 mins massage and red light therapy and I walked out of there like I was on clouds. Will definitely be back.
Lauren is an excellent massage therapist and really knows how to personalize the experience. She is mindful of various sensory issues and can customize her work accordingly. I felt incredibly relaxed, unwound and reset from my experience.
