Everything is amazing: service, selection, coffee shop and most of all the community. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the pricing is pretty premium. Especially their branded stuff.
Enjoyed seeing the Tour memorabilia and a great selection of clothing and gear, but both times I have been here the staff has been less than helpful. It's a shame too because I was planning on buying several things but my money can be spent elsewhere.
Neat shop downtown. Lots of staff working however no one acknowledged me or spoke a word even while I was making a purchase. Was planning on hanging out longer and getting a coffee but decided to cut the visit short due to the unpleasant bike shop experience. A little kindness and polite pleasantries go a long way.
