Robin did an awesome job clearing hair. We listened to music over the time that I received treatment. When possible, she was able to extend my appointments.
Robin is far from Mello. Her personality is less than desired. Unwilling to remove hair where needed. Stood me up on appointments. Really unwelcoming personality and rude.
