I absolutely love Doctor Hollie and her office manager, George. They’re the best been seeing Doctor Hollie for years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They always on top of my refills. Never have to wait to get an appointment if I called the office after hours and leave a voicemail for an appointment or prescription. George always call me right back first thing in the morning when they open keep up the good work, Doctor Hollie You have a forever patient with me..
I’ve been a patient here for years but I’ve never been completely satisfied with their service here. Dr.Hollie is good at what she does but her office is ran properly and has terrible customer service. I had an appointment took 2days and e-mails and numerous phone calls to get it sent in. 90% of the time you’re dealing with her office staff which is horrific! Especially her rude brother George! They have this plan devised where you pay $35 a month for pre-authorizations which literally takes a couple seconds for the weight loss “program.” George told me they have over 50,000 patients so they are raking in the dough. So I lost my job 10 months ago, and haven’t gotten one pre-authorization since then, and they have been charging me $35 a month since I lost my job and haven’t gotten a single pre-authorization!!!... read more
First of all, I love Dr. Hollie. She is sweet, has a great memory, and is very caring. However, 90% of the time you’re dealing with her office staff which is horrific! Especially her brother George!
