I’ve been a patient here for years but I’ve never been completely satisfied with their service here. Dr.Hollie is good at what she does but her office is ran properly and has terrible customer service. I had an appointment took 2days and e-mails and numerous phone calls to get it sent in. I requested FMLA paperwork (which is $104 per page) and a return to work form that I didn’t not get in timely manner so my FLMA case closed but they still charged me days after the request which made me very uncomfortable because that means... read more
90% of the time you’re dealing with her office staff which is horrific! Especially her rude brother George! They have this plan devised where you pay $35 a month for pre-authorizations which literally takes a couple seconds for the weight loss “program.” George told me they have over 50,000 patients so they are raking in the dough. So I lost my job 10 months ago, and haven’t gotten one pre-authorization since then, and they have been charging me $35 a month since I lost my job and haven’t gotten a single pre-authorization!!!... read more

Dr Hollie I have been coming to you for years and I have recommended you to several new patients but as of late, I am finding it very difficult to get prescription refilled for my daughter in a timely manner. Your office staff which includes the manager have made promises that seem to go unfulfilled or provide these long drawn out explanations that don’t seem to make any sense!
