Good service is what I look for. I’ve been a patient over 10 years and don’t believe I’ve done a review. The medical office has shown me time after time a level of care when I call with concerns. The team ask questions, George (administrator) explain options of payments and appts with Grace and the doctor explains with contrast (examples) of medical care. Through the challenges of patient care, I’m pleased with the level of compassion. Thank you Dr. Hollie for leading with so much patience and understanding!
BEWARE! They are a money grab…paid $200 out of pocket and they do not follow through, I had to contact them 2 weeks after my “4 minute phone” visit for them to complete a prior authorization which my insurance denied and then they wanted me to pay another additional $150 and enroll in their program for an additional monthly fee just for them to complete another prioritization for the medication my insurance stated they would cover! I don’t normally rant online, but this experience has been difficult, discouraging, unprofessional and non communicative. It has also been financially draining. I am writing to share a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience with Dr. Hollie and her office. Unfortunately, it seems this practice is prioritizing financial gain over patient care. The primary issue revolves around their handling (or lack thereof) of prior authorizations (PAs). They prescribe medications that require prior authorization but fail to initiate the requests. I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Dr. Hollie’s office. They prescribe medications that require prior authorization but fail to submit the necessary paperwork. Patients are left paying for prescriptions through their insurance without receiving any medication or assistance. It’s completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, they require patients to pay $150 to join a program just to process a prior authorization, plus a $35 monthly fee.
