I called this place at 12 they said it'd be about an hour I get down there with my two cats waited five minutes the lady comes to the door and says I'm not doing anything until 3 be nice if you told your people at the front desk so they could have flown people that call. nice job!

Crystal I am very sorry this happened to you. I have spoken with my staff about this as we don't want any customers to be inconvenienced. Unfortunately doing nails is becoming an increasingly more difficult service to provide as fewer places are doing nail trims right now and we are getting overwhelmed with requests. Every time we have a walk in for nails the groomer must stop working on the dog she has on the table, she then has to put the dog into a crate, get the tools to do the nail trim and then of course do the actual ... read more
RecommendedI love it here! The workers are all so nice and knowledgeable. We tried the self serve pet washing station and it was the best thing ever. Very affordable and convenient.
Went there to check out what they had for cichlids . The owner's Daughter and the other young Lady was very helpful and I ended up leaving there with 8 beautiful cichlids and plan on returning to buy more . great place and wonderful people !!!!!!!!!
they have just about anything u ask for they have some reptiles birds rabbits gerbils rats and mice and fish and everything u need for them
I have to say, I couldn’t have imagined walking into Melissa’s Pet Depot and getting a better experience! My boyfriend and I were actually only going to replace a gold fish for my niece.. But, we noticed the cutest chinchilla EVER and fell in love; now, chinchillas are not cheap and there was a lot to buy where she’d need everything (being our first chinchilla). Very friendly staff, very knowlegable!
Only place I’ve ever brought my dog to be groomed that he came home going to the bathroom with blood for two weeks after specifically telling them there was no reason to do anal glands. When calling back to ask if they did them I was asked what kind of dog it was and then told oh yea, we do it to every dog like that. My dog goes to the bathroom regularly and has no need for this.
