My son just had his braces put on this morning in the Medina location. I have to say, from our first initial consult to this morning, staff have been great. They have been very informative and are easy to talk to. We have worked with Dr. Zack and Dr. Alex so far. My son was nervous today and they explained the process in terms he could understand and spoke directly to him. I am so glad we picked this practice to do his othro work.

Just finished up my Invisalign treatment today in Medina. I am so pleased with the results! Everyone there has been incredibly helpful through out the process. It went exactly as expected with no surprises. They’re always so friendly and welcoming, and it makes the experience that much better! I highly recommend! Thanks for everything😁

I like the people there they were so nice
This is by far the best orthodontist office I’ve ever been to ! Everyone is always so friendly.. I’ve been coming to the Medina office for a little over 3 years, never once had any issue .. I got my braces off yesterday and I couldn’t be more happier with my smile . Thank you everyone at the Medina location.
I gotta say I LOVE everyone there. I go to the Medina location. They're always very nice and accommodating, they're fun and thorough. They genuinely care about you and want to get to know you. I look forward to my appointments...not only because of being one step closer to achieving my goals buy because it's a nice environment as well.
I took my son for a new patient consultation today. The staff is very knowledgeable and the office is very kid friendly. I loved how the staff addressed my son and listened to his questions and concerns as well as mine. Jamie is very patient and was excellent with my son, as well as helpful while explaining the financial aspect, and Dr Zach Mellion was very friendly and personable and did a great job explaining what is going on in my son's mouth and the treatment moving forward!
Cannot recommend them enough. They were amazing with my daughter, communicate incredibly well, everything was EXACTLY as explained, no surprises, and the absolute best staff anywhere. They really take fantastic care of their patients and are so engaging and warm. Thanks for bringing out the most beautiful smile that was just hiding.
