My experience with Melling Dental has been quite frustrating as they lack proper process. The visits themselves aren’t the worse, a little on the aggressive side but overall gets taken care of. However I received a call weeks later stating that I had given them an improper card which in hindsight is no big deal but I was in the process of a big move several hours away which caused a delay in the process of me being able to get them the information, which they responded by trying to make me pay the bill which is very infuriat... read more
The staff are all so wonderful and friendly, and they offer fantastic service! If you're looking for a new dentist on Cedar City, this is the one to go to!
I had a molar pulled and Dr. Melling was so patient with me and was willing take breaks when I needed them and the assistant izzy really went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable she had let me hold the suction and do it myself I would definitely recommend melling dental when it comes to wanting to feel in control
