Absoutely horrible! Under no circumstances would I reccomend this Dr. Among other things, after he had done the Nerve Conduction test, I had a seizure like episode. Nothing from him was said about it, just went and told the head nurse that I had a severe Pinched Nerve in my back, no pain pills or anything. Had to go to ER 3 days later, due to severe nerve and pain problems. Today, I went back and picked up the findings from the test, and threw a fit to get the pain pills he should have given me when I was there.

This doctor has my highest ratings. He is ethical and kind as well as trained in sleep, neurology and pain management with training at the University of Cinncinati Medical Center in neurology. He also had a pain fellowship there as well. My family has a lot of trust in this doctor and his staff here in Alabama.

It has been several years since I saw Dr. Mellick, but he was able to help when no one else could. I had suffered from terrible headaches and severe tinitus in my right ear for over two years. Within minutes of an injection at the base of my skull, I had relief. This relief lasted for almost three years. He has since left the area, and I am desperately searching for someone else who can help. I loved his personality and he was very knowledgeable concerning the medical issues I had.
