Above and beyond........Mella
Mella helped us find our forever home. Her professionalism and knowledge of the area made us feel comfortable on day one and she was very patient with me when I asked stupid questions. She also made my wife and I feel like we were part of the community before we even signed the papers. We hope we don't have to ever sell our home but if we do the first person we are calling is Mella.
Working with Mella was an absolute dream from start to finish. She and her team went above and beyond in every possible way — professional, knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely invested in helping us find the perfect home and then later sell that home. I needed to relocate to Albuquerque and I had 7 weeks to do it. Mella made the time for my wife and I. She supported us through two months as we researched houses, drove us around town finding the RIGHT one, then the inspection, closing, and even after - We feel so lucky to have Mella and her team throughout this process. Her expertise was invaluable! Professional, personal, and so kind; we feel so blessed to have her help finding our perfect home!
I just sold my home with Mella. She made the process as smooth as possible, looked out for my best interests at all times, and actively worked on getting my property sold for the right price. Whether buying or selling, you are in very good hands with her.
