They did another great job of grooming my little one.
Melissa has been taking care of all my furry friends and my children's for 8 years. She's the best. Always very helpful and polite.

Today I had the worst experience of my life Taking a dog to the groomer. My poor dog was there for 8 hours, I called twice and asked why and when will he be ready and was treated poorly. Meliss, the owner then called me and talked to me for 20 minutes, she was rude and never once apologized she even said I “upset her groomer which could put my dog in danger” she is the reason I will NEVER be back and she concluded that I need to go somewhere else if I expect customer service. they treat my female Rottie very well.....reasonably priced.....been using them for day care every month or so to give my animal something new to do and have had them groom her as well--very satisfied,
The staff are very friendly and my pets enjoy their time at Melissa's. They take great care of our pets, giving me peace of mind when I have to board them or take them for doggie daycare. I also have them groomed at Melissa's - they always come home smelling great and nails nicely trimmed!
Had an awesome first experience our dog Frodo looks and smells wonderful thank you so much. We will definitely be back!
