Melissa is a top real estate agent! She is kind, patient, and thorough. I've worked with many agents on both residential and commercial deals and Melissa, and Richard have provided the most seamless experience. Houses in my neighborhood were on the market for 9 months - 14 months. But when she was my seller's agent my house was on the market for FIVE days! If you want a team who gets it done look no further. I 100% recommend to a friend.
