Prior to my last surgical experience, I sung the praises of Union Memorial. Especially, Orthopedics. Now, not so much. I'm forced on Medicare, so a month prior to surgery I attempted to learn my out of pocket costs. These amounts require preparation. After many attempts I was repeatedly told zero or unavailable. I went here after having a total knee replacement. They really know what they are doing. They got me back on track, with no complications. I had my other knee done 2 yrs later and went to another place for therapy and was very sad I didn't return to them. I really recommend this center.
Went 4 follow up bc I was worse than I was 4 days ago. felt terrible & just wanted the meds I needed 2 get better & sleep. Dr finally saw me - asked what I was currently on- it's in my chart. She said I don't believe in cough meds/suppressant. I said well I was given enough for 2 nights & I haven't slept in past 2 bc I have been up all night coughing. exhausted. told what I normally get when sick w/ bronchitis & she said no. Wonderful staff and facility. Everyone is very friendly and Dr. Neal is the BEST!! She takes her time and explains things to you so you can understand.
DR. NEAL IS VERY FRIENDLY AND KIND. I AM VERY CONFIENENT IN HER ADVICE PROFESSIONALLY. SHE IS ONE OF THE LAST FEW REMAINING GOOD OL' COUNTY DOCTORS LEFT!
Dr. Yadao did the surgery on my shoulder and, a year later, surgery to replace my knee caps. She was the nicest, most professional doctor I have ever worked with. She did not hesitate to criticize me when I did not follow instructions but she guided me through the entire recovery process. I highly recommend her.

Truly one of the worst human beings you will ever meet. He doesn't even come across as fully human, he is that uncaring and heartless. He is a walking/talking cliché of a rich surgeon who will recommend serious surgery for every problem he encounters. Paul Cooper stripped me of the ability to walk as a teenager from unnecessary surgeries and an incomplete recovery plan. He will keep you waiting 90 minutes (most was 2 hours 45 minutes), at a minimum, then see you for 2-3 minutes at best. There are countless horror stories of ... read more
I love her I been seeing her for almost 2 years and she listened to everything I said. And she trusted me when I said there is something wrong with my legs when I was pregnant. She said stay off my feet for a week and come back. So I did after she told me to stop taking medicine that did not work. And me staying off my feet besides going to doctors appointment and bathroom it work. And then after that she has been amazing
