Melissa was a God-send for us to work with! Taking care of all the details to keep our house in great condition while we were in a different state! She got us GOOD renters and when it came time to sell she promptly took care of all the paperwork that would have been overwhelming for us! She is VERY caring and thoughtful! This was a challenging sale of a house and it was tremendously successful due to the professionalism, dedication and efforts of Melissa Vaculik.
