A nightmare ER Visit Turned Into a Billing Scheme As a patient, I should never walk out of an ER feeling like my concerns were ignored while my bill was inflated with tests I didn’t need. The lack of clinical judgment and the blatant disregard for patient communication were unacceptable. I strongly urge anyone considering this ER to proceed with caution. Melissa, has been my children’s provider for at least 5 years. She is very punctual, and take pride in her work. You don’t just feel like another patient there she shows compassion and concern. She takes her time and examine my kids from head- to toe literally! I’d highly recommend 10/10!!
Dr. Holland has consistently went above and beyond for my son and I. On multiple occasions, she has seen him with a same day appointment. Dr. Holland is always making sure my feelings are validated, and my questions and concerns have been answered! As a first time mom, I have a ton of questions and panic a good bit. Dr. Holland was very rude and unprofessional. She refused to do a well check on both of my children due to previously been taken to our lady of the lake children’s ER for my daughter being molested And foster care and my son being beaten by the foster parent repeatedly. She threatened to call my caseworker and she did call CPS she discriminates against black mothers, Black people. Her tactic to scare you is she will call child protective services. Mrs.Melissa was very thorough with my child’s new patient visit and made her very comfortable. MelIssa was very knowledgeable and educated in what she specializes in. She provided outstanding care. Very convenient location with extended hours . My child lives this place🥰
