The staff was warm and welcoming. They spoke to my son, not at him, or to me for him, which is huge to me. They listened to our concerns and explained steps of elimination/resolution to address the issues. Told us what they'd be doing and did exactly that. No phone tag, no waiting beyond expected times, and put in terms both parent and child understood. Every part of this was easy, informative, and timely.

I drove an hour to this location for them to tell me they won’t do an eardrum patch until the summer. They are checking her in 3 months to see if the holes in the eardrum have healed over. That’s an additional $200 for the appointment, gas money, PTO off work, my time. I could have just scheduled the first appointment in the summer if this was the case. Not impressed.

Melissa Slechta is amazing! She is great with our son, answers all questions we have with patience, uses person first language, & doesn't use our son's diagnoses as a reason for his medical & sleep (or lack thereof) issues - she is solution oriented.
