was told to get lost and wasnt worth the time to help my family once she found out we couldn't afford her high commission. we were pre approved for over 500k but couldn't afford the 3% commission she charged on top of the closing fees and once she learned we could only afford 2 to 2.5 % commission she dropped us as client. i did the math and even at 2% she still would have made 10k off of us for less then 3 weeks worth of work
