I was certainly looking forward, to working with Melissa and all I wanted was to review my blood work before our next appointment. However for some reason these results were not released to me so a follow up appointment could not be booked. Melissa made no attempt to follow up with me why there were not a second appointment.
I just started at Oak Street Health, not too long ago. So I’m waiting right now until I get more comfortable with it. But I can say that I love going there because the doctor takes her time asking you questions. she seems to really read your record before she enters the room to talk to you. I’m very happy with the care I have received at Oak St Health. Melissa is a very competent, caring, and helpful caregiver. I am very comfortable with her as my PC and confident in her abilities. I look forward to a continued positive relationship going forward. And highly recommend her as a medical professional to anyone who needs a new Primary Care provider.
