Wanted to review my blood labs and Melissa lied to me and told me they were lost. Never went back and asked to be removed
I was certainly looking forward, to working with Melissa and all I wanted was to review my blood work before our next appointment. However for some reason these results were not released to me so a follow up appointment could not be booked. Melissa made no attempt to follow up with me why there were not a second appointment.
