I was certainly looking forward, to working with Melissa and all I wanted was to review my blood work before our next appointment. However for some reason these results were not released to me so a follow up appointment could not be booked. Melissa made no attempt to follow up with me why there were not a second appointment.
I just started at Oak Street Health, not too long ago. So I’m waiting right now until I get more comfortable with it. But I can say that I love going there because the doctor takes her time asking you questions. she seems to really read your record before she enters the room to talk to you.
