I've been a patient of Dr Scaggs for over 6 years and she has done a great job in keeping my teeth as long as I could. I now have full implants and expect to return to her for cleanings. My dental process has gone from have a full set of teeth to mandibular necrosis, jaws wired shut to full implants and she has been there for me the whole way. I used to go to Monarch Dental. But, after they charged me just over $1,000 after insurance, I'd had enough. My return visit I was told I'd need $900 worth of a work for a tooth they couldn't put a filling in. I wasn't about to pay them MORE money, and started looking elsewhere for help. My brother recommended that I go see Dr. Scaggs, and I am SO glad that I listened to him. She saved me over $600 and the staff is very friendly, I don't mind going to the dentist anymore. She's awesome!

I have been to this office twice. Last month for my 3-year-old's first dentist appointment and today my husband and I both had appointments. This is such a great office. When we took my daughter to her first dentist appointment, they were so great with her. They were very gentle and told my daughter every step that they were doing and all the dental assistants, hygienists, and the dentist all came out to see her and talk to her. I will not go back! I went in for simple cleaning and they did all these x rays and evaluations. At the end they didn't do the cleaning because there was no time left and couldn't schedule another appointment that worked for me. I ended up paying for all these useless xrays that they didn't even want to give them to me! My old dentist would always email for free everything that I asked for! The staff were rather rude and I predict they will just keep losing patients as a friend of mine told me she and few others left for the... read more

Wonderful, friendly staff – Very caring staff. Everything was explained carefully and I felt very comfortable. I feel better when I know what's going on. Dr. Scaggs is very patient and very gentle. Going to the dentist isn't many peoples' idea of fun, but if you have to do it, do it right. OG

I wont go back – I will start by saying that her hygienists did an acceptable job cleaning my teeth. I had my teeth cleaned two times at Dr Scaggs office. Dr Scaggs was listed as an in network dentist for me so I am only responcable to pay for my co-pay, and my insurance would cover the rest. Not once but both times I went in for my cleaning I received a letter in the mail stating that I owed money for the cleaning over my co-pay amount.
