Melissa was very informative about my physical results. She explained the results to me to help me understand what I need to do better to improve my health. She responds to any questions I may have timely using the online app. During my physical assessment she takes thorough notes and ask questions to ensure she is aware my health concerns and condition.
Melissa was extremely pro-active when I was diagnosed with dangerous blood sugar levels. She asked good questions and took all the time we needed to address my concerns. Particularly impressive was a Saturday morning follow-up call to ensure things were headed in the right direction. I was very impressed by her knowledge and her genuine concern for my well being.
