I waited 4 months to get in to see Dr Mora because she came recommended by a friend. I just received a call to change my appointment to 3-4 months from now unless I wanted to see someone else. They said that when I called to schedule 4 months ago they did not know she had a vacation planned. I asked if there was something they could do, she said no and that she gave me my options. You would think they could have been more accommodating. Very disappointed but glad I found out before I waisted anymore time with this office.

Dr. Mora came highly recommended, and I was genuinely looking forward to establishing care with the practice. Unfortunately, I haven't even been able to schedule an appointment due to my experience with the front office. Over the past month, I've called three separate times trying to become a new patient. The staff can be doing nothing but the phones go to voicemail all the time. Always have to leave message. The doctor never told me she no longer takes my insurance. Did a preop on the 8th of the month and she just kept wasting my time as I had had surgery only 3 months prior. My surgery was scheduled for the 20 th and 2 days before she had still not sent my forms to the hospital. I just find the office lacking in getting things done. I like Dr Mora but I think she gets a little carried away. I will be looking for a new PCP.

I have had the privilege of having Dr. Mora & Erin since the office was established, and Dr Mora when she worked with another provider. Exceptional bedside manor, supportive, loving, kind and always looking out for not just my well being but also the well being of so many friends and family members that I've recommended over the years.
