Dr. Mora is a top notch diagnostician. She’s thorough, compassionate, and knows her stuff. Her PA, Erin, is also on top of her game.
Can never get through to simply schedule an appointment. When you leave a message, it takes 2 days for a return phone call. No good, I will be switching providers asap..... 2 years later and this office is still horrible. Receptionists are rude, and argumentive calls are never answered & the doctor wants patients without any chronic conditions to come in every 6 months just to fill up her pockets & I've never even seen the actual doctor!!! I’ve been meaning to leave this review for a long time… Dr Erin Bergin and Dr Melissa Mora are great, they’re entire staff has always been good to me, treated me with kindness and have always addressed all my concerns. Dr Erin Bergin is amazing she for the most part handles ALL of my health issues from top to bottom! She is patient, understanding, never rushes me, always replies to me on the portal.. simply put she is a great physician and I’m really glad that she is my primary.
