Both Dr. Melrose and Erin Bergin or excellent! They take their time with their patients and really listen to their questions and concerns
The worst staff ever! Disrespectful overall they make the Dr look bad. Thank goodness I have a new Doctor now with a kind staff.
I would give her zero stars if available. She totally ignored my pain complaints Her office told me my blood work was fine. However when I checked my patient portal my blood work was by no means fine. When I spoke to her she said " no worries, they are just a little high"....When she rechecked my blood work 3 weeks later..she then said I needed a CT scan. The CT scan showed a tumor and I needed surgery. Next I had to get approval for my operation. According to her EKG results she would not OK me. I told her if she didn't OK ... read more
I’ve been going to Dr.Mora for almost a year and everyone there has been wonderfully pleasant and helpful. I never feel rushed. She really listens and understands me, unlike so many previous doctors. The longest I’ve waited is 5 minutes. Appointment times actually matter here. I have referred friends to this office and they are all thrilled! We’ve been looking for a practice like this for ages.
I have been going to Dr. Mora and Erin for years. Both are amazing professionals and I have gotten amazing medical care and advice from both of them. Recently, I've been seeing Erin more and she's just a very caring and compassionate, incredibly intelligent healthcare provider. As soon as my daughter turns 18 in a few months, I will take her to Melrose because she and I must have the best care possible.
