We honestly have the best insurance agent. A shout-out for Melissa Rippy Owner/Agent. We called her regarding a what we thought was a leak from our roof. She sprung into action and had a specialist come out only to find we had a plumbing issue. In addition, to her taking care of our issue with our house, she's also our agent for our business. Melissa is great. I have been with Allstate for well over 10 years and am very happy. Though Melissa is not my agent, I was in her office discussing a claim on my car and the frustration I had experienced with the car rental process.
