Do not buy a home here. We are the first home built and purchased in the neighborhood. Our ac was installed wrong and now we have a ton of leaks and it’s out of the warranty window. My window to my office leaked rain water and it took them 3 months to fix. Then they painted the outside the wrong shade of white so it looks completely off. This builder needs to add the Bexar County COP Program ( a free neighborhood watch program ) with sign(s) to their community because the residents are experiencing multiple burglaries . The BCCOP organization reached out to the on site builder & sales office but no one has an email or knows the contact of the Management company. On site builder is also experiencing materials theft.
