If I could rate a zero I would. My daughter and her husband are first time buyers and they have failed them miserably New build home and their AC has not been working since day 1. They have been taken advantage of and they are stuck with this purchase. I do not recommend this builder. I suggest you move on
Do not buy a home here. We are the first home built and purchased in the neighborhood. Our ac was installed wrong and now we have a ton of leaks and it’s out of the warranty window. My window to my office leaked rain water and it took them 3 months to fix. Then they painted the outside the wrong shade of white so it looks completely off. Sherri the warranty advisor just says sorry not covered at any warranty claim request.
