Melissa was super square dealing with me from the very first tour I went on with her. I told her what our budget was and what we were looking for and she never pushed us on anything outside of our price range or hounded us to buy. When we did find a spot she walked us through every step of the way and was a super negotiator through escrow. Melissa really took the time to help us find the home we wanted. Her communication was fantastic. On our walkthroughs of different homes, she knew what to look out for and what we could expect if we decided to put an offer in. she answered any questions we had right on the spot and she knew what she was talking about. She was very personable and trustworthy as well.. she made us feel like we were her only client which was awesome.
