Melissa R. Bradley, DO Is terrible communicating. I have been waiting to be seen by her for over a month. Not once did she attempt to contact me to say she refuses to care for me. Her reason to not see me was for multiple cancelations. I feel she's in the business of caring for women and she failed. No compassion or empathy for a situation I had recently been in and needed care for. She shouldn't be in this business if she doesn't have compassion or empathy. Dr. Bradley is friendly and efficient yet takes time with every detail of the visit. She empowers me to be open with issues of my health through the confidence that her service has instilled in me over the years.
Dr Bradley and her staff are friendly, professional and truly listen to you. I highly recommend Dr Bradley and her staff.
The girls and the gentleman that work here always make me feel welcomed and respected. I am sad to see Dr. Carranza go but I am happy that I was left in excellent hands. Dr. Bradley made me feel assured and well listened to. Thank you for that.
Extortion! Dr. Bradley has worst bed side manner I've ever experienced, total god complex! Docs need to remember they do this everyday but it's all new to the patient, make them feel it's okay to have questions. I got eye rolls, deep sighs, slamming down her pen, and reminded multiple times that she was the surgeon! (all in only about 10mins). Her report said we spent 45mins together... BS!
