She is nice
Michael is a friendly and informative, and he was confident in his ability to sell my unit for more than I thought I could get for it. He made my selling experience, go smooth he was available for questions, always professional, Never in a hurry. Very helpful when it came time to fill out forms even up until closing. This was my first time selling a unit with his knowledge of the process’s made things go as smoothly as I could imagine.
I had an incredibly demeaning experience with Jennifer Lockhart. She spoke to me in a condescending manner, treating me as though I were a child. Her tone and behavior were belittling and made me feel unsafe, almost as if I should be fearful for my well-being. Her hostility left me feeling deeply uncomfortable in my own home. I would never recommend their services, and I will be filing a report about this situation. Be warned!

She truly listened to my needs and showed me listings that were in safe neighborhoods with excellent schools nearby. It is of my opinion this realtor is incompetent. He apparently has no clue in our potential deal or purposely lied one as to the amount of contingencies one is allowed for a usda loan. Rex, didn’t in my opinion represent the buy well. Hence why in this market a property is still on the market after over 100 day when the national average for a house being on the market is 34 days. Buyer/ seller beware. Also, apparently he choose to verbally abuse my wife in emails. Internet tough guys apparently.
