Melissa was so easy to work with, she is professional, sharp and confident. We were out of state buyers, we relied heavily on her knowledge of the area and were able to narrow down to one specific neighborhood/school district that fit our family best. When a house popped up she had us under contract within a few hours of seeing it. The closing process & inspections were organized and thorough. She made the entire process smooth and was always willing to take a phone call to talk over whatever we needed. 10/10 she’s a gem.
