She is comforting and patient and she really makes you feel like your appointment is the only thing that matters! Very knowledgeable. Staff is friendly.
I have been going to Dr Kwak for eight years and she is the best physician I have ever had. She is caring, compassionate and extremely wise. Her diagnosis of my problems are always right on the mark. She is responsive and takes the time to really listen to me. I give her my highest recommendation. The office staff are easy to work with and always do their best to accommodate my requests for appointments.
