Went for my first visit (long time coming for me)..Melissa was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and gave me the time needed to discuss why I was there. For someone with major “white coat anxiety” she was very welcoming and amazing bedside manner. It’s nice having an office and a NP that you feel comfortable going to and that keeps the nerves an ease.

My first visit was great. I was very comforted by the dr (physician assistant) and thought this would be great fit. Fast forward to coming back and the dr/physician assistant/office has cancelled THREE times. The first time I thought “emergencies happen”. The second time, I asked to see someone else even though I had a great experience with Dr. Mechler. The third time they called to reschedule was the final straw.
