Hello, If I could leave no stars I would. I just left my appointment after reporting to two members the terrible experience I just had with Melissa Terrill. Not only was she rude to my two year old daughter and made her cry, she rushed the entire appointment ending with leaving me in a room without telling me my appointment is over. Said she was sending me contacts through the mail but when I checked downstairs they said nothing was ordered. Nope. She was impatient bordering on rude, the prescribed glasses that made my vision worse.
