Dr. Brown's office is full of professional, friendly staff who know their jobs well. Dr. Brown is thorough, always explaining what was happening with my child, and always encouraging her. We are so pleased with the outcome of her experience that we are starting the process with the next child!
Dr. Brown & her staff are amazing. They always make you feel comfortable and truly care about you. It is a great & fun environment! I just got my braces off today and I couldn't be more pleased. I will actually miss seeing all the staff every month after this!
I had the pleasure of bringing my grandson to his first orthodontist appointment last week at Dr. Brown's Corning office. I was impressed by all the staff and how friendly and accommodating they were as we waited to see Dr. Brown. The office runs like a well oiled machine! As a retired teacher, I was very impressed by the thorough instructions on care for his appliances and the incentive program for good grades at school. I look forward to the next 18-20 months of care offered and seeing the results in his beautiful smile.
