I’ve been a patient of this office for about three or four years. Here are the issues I’ve experienced during this timeframe. 1. Every year as typical, I get bloodwork done and every year they have called me back to the office after taking blood stating they did not get enough blood for the testing and I needed to come back. 2. The one exception to #1 is my most recent appointment in 2026 where they gave me incomplete bloodwork results (did not include some basics such as triglycerides and cholesterol). 3. The visit went very well, ear drops are healing nicely. Hopefully the pain is gone after drops are used completely.
