Unfortunately, I cannot leave less than 1 star. My son and I moved into one of the properties and it was disgusting (moved directly from mainland and unable to view property directly). We were told they had cleaners come in right after the previous tenants left, had been empty for several months to a year. Took us 6 full days of deep cleaning to get it somewhat livable. Melissa it’s such a compassionate and caring person who goes above and beyond to help her clients. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a rental agency. I’ve contacted a whole lot other rental agencies in Hilo trying to look for a rental and Melissa was the only one who gave us a chance - thank you so much

I've been renting from Melissa Kalauli reality going on 4 yrs.. I would like to say that Mrs Melissa and her staff have treated me with nothing but respect and when ever anything goes wrong with the house im renting well they are right on it in a day or two , her staff are very friendly and they work with you and most of they understand . I love renting from Melissa Kalauli she is one understanding lady.
