We used Melissa Rear to sell a fixer upper we had let sit way too long. She had it sold within a few weeks for the price we wanted. Melissa is friendly, knowledgeable and a go-getter. We would definitely use her again in the future.

We saw a house for sale and called the listing agent on the sign out front. He wasn't that interested in showing it and actually discouraged us, guess he didn't want to represent the buyer and us. Debbie was great to work with. She sent me a lot of listings to review and helped me greatly with the process of buying the house since I was new to it.
Debbie is professional. What that means is she is knowledgeable. If she did not have an answer when I asked, she found the answer promptly. She is dedicated to her client. She spent the entire day at the house I was buying to facilitate the home inspection - there was no heat on a rare cold AZ winter day. She never pushed a property.
