I have seen gastroenterologists my entire life starting in my preteen years and Dr. Hershman is by and far my favorite provider. She takes the time to listen and to understand barriers to care without judgement. I feel heard and safe in her care and can’t iterate enough how highly I recommend her
Mrs. Hershman is a stellar Doctor! I had sporadic gut issues I ignored for a while and she took her time to figure out what the issue could be. I have finally been able to do “normal” activities without worrying about anything related to my health. Would recommend to my friends!
Came for a colonoscopy and a checkup. Everyone was respectful, friendly and efficient.
If you are looking for a gastroparesis specialist, please avoid this provider at all costs. Dr. Hershman stopped my TPN and she was ignoring UCLA’s recommendation. She ignored my severe gallbladder and pancreas inflammation. I ended up losing my gallbladder two days after I got discharged from OHSU, the hospital Dr. Freshman worked at. I was admitted to a trauma team at UCLA, got two emergency surgeries, and spent three weeks inpatient. I lost 30 lbs.
