Am beyond livid. Had an appointment scheduled almost 3 months ago for this morning that the Dr canceled. Was originally told by reception that this was the 1st available Dr that I could get in to see since moving to Blo-No area and having my GP(from home) retire last year. I have had to go to prompt care twice and been told that I have to see a GP and they can't/won't help me. AND then when asked about rescheduling, that the 1st available appointment for their "pod" isn't until like Nov 11th. This is UNACCEPTABLE, I have bee... read more
