I visited this salon three times over the past few months, and while my first two experiences weren’t great, the third—and final—was the worst. As an immigrant and woman of color living in the neighborhood, I was shocked by the disrespectful treatment I received at a business also owned by an immigrant woman. I went in and asked for a wash and set with a deep condition. I have a quiet voice so maybe they didn't hear me properly but after the deep condition, the woman who washed my hair just clipped it up and had me sit under the dryer. The stylist then asked if I wanted her to flat iron my hair. I said I had asked for a wash and set. She said "no, your hair is natural we can't wash and set." Melisa is very sweet and quite . She did an amazing job with my hair I was in and out within 2 hours and with 2 people ahead of me. She’s very professional and I highly recommend with good prices !
