Went here for the first time about 6 days ago for a blow out. I took my own shampoo & conditioner that has all natural products. My hair is thick so I like it that way. I like to stick to my grain, however, the wash tech was very rude. I politely asked her not to brush/comb from the roots of my hair but start from the ends. I went in for a blow out. I have thick 4B natural hair. The hair dryer gets extremely hot, but beauty is pain. My hair came out great. Wash, hooded dry, hand dryer, and flat iron took less than 2 hours even with customers ahead of me. Great prices too. I was shocked to be able to get my hair done so fast on a Saturday without an appointment. I will definitely return.
I’ve been going to Melissa’s Hair Salon for over eight years, and I’m always satisfied with the final outcome. Melissa is very consistent; my hair comes out pretty and soft every time.
