Dr. Robertson is a deeply compassionate, understanding, and intelligent psychologist who has helped me tremendously to overcome very severe depression and anxiety and has also helped me to improve my self-esteem and relationships. Her office manager is also highly competent and always friendly.

Dr. Robertson is an extremely insightful and caring psychologist who teaches you the most valuable skill to cope with any emotional issue that you may be going through: self-understanding. She is a great listener and I feel fortunate to have benefited immensely from her services. Highly recommended.

I will not recommand this therapist to others based on my own experiences when she took care of my child, she will let her client manipulate her again and again, she knew my child was not telling the true and she let her got away, I think bcos she want to keep her as client, my child get worst under her care, my child was under her over 6 months her behaviors get worst now I stop the therepy my child and she is better then when she was under Melisa, im glad i stop it.

I called to make an appointment. The receptionist said that they would call back the next day because the doctor likes making appointments with new patients. I waited 2 days before I had to call them and then got a voice mail then they called back to let me know that oh, we are not taking in new patient right now we can refer you to other doctors in the area. So, I would not recommend this doctor do to poor communication.
