We consulted with Melissa on a kitchen update. She took the time to appreciate the aspects we wanted to keep, and gave us valuable suggestions for improvements, including possibilities we had not thought of. We are so pleased with how it turned out!

She told us exactly when she’d start working on our plan and she stuck to it so we always felt like her priority at that time, unlike others who overbook and can’t keep up.
