Horrible experience this review is long overdue. I had my son back in 2014. No issues with her up until the birth of my son. I was 19 at the time. She went to break my water and it was painful she then proceeded to say " What's wrong I just broke your water?" I started crying... then she says "you better toughen up you're about to have a baby." Melissa was amazing! I have been having hormone issues for YEARS and no Dr can seem to figure out my problem or help me at all. But I have hope again with Melissa. I would highly recommend her.
I visited North Valley Women's Care today for the first time and was seen by Dr. Austin. Everything about my appointment today was absolutely amazing, from beginning to end, the place was very clean and welcoming, the staff just beyond caring and understanding, they made me feel heard and cared for. Dr. Austin is the most amazing doctor! She is kind and caring. She is also so smart and stays up-to-date on the latest advances. I had a debilitating health issue for more than 30 years. Because of Dr. Austin, I now have no problem. I live pretty far away, but I would drive anywhere to keep her as my doctor.
