Melissa was wonderful to work with. She was very caring, took the time to thoroughly review my medical history and made me feel hard throughout my appointment. I never felt rushed, and she answered my questions with patience and compassion. I’m so glad I found her and look forward to having her as part of my healthcare team. Highly recommended!
I can’t say enough positive things about Melissa Austin. We have been coming here for years. She is the only doctor I feel comfortable with. I got in with her nurse practitioner Ashley Breed and that was an… experience… I was cramping super bad and she was dismissive, rude and condescending. I asked if they were going to do an ultrasound even bedside and she said, “nope there’s no reason to and there’s not much they would see.” I said, “well ok… can you use a Doppler to make sure there’s a heart beat to put my mind at ease?”... read more
Dr, Austin was very sweet and professional. Went in for my first Ultrasound and OB visit for my first ever pregnancy and I was very nervous. She answered any questions I had before I could even ask them and I felt safe discussing anything related to personal health. No judgement whatsoever and did not feel rushed :) Will be coming back July 9 for my next appointment and I can’t wait!
