Melissa Gingerich is an excellent provider. She obviously cares. She listens attentively, never seeming to be in a hurry, although I make notes so I don't waste her time. She's one of the best provider I've ever had.
Wouldn’t listen to me about any of my symptoms from my birth control and recorded our last visit on her phone (with consent but I was made to feel that I had to say yes). I ended up having to get a new primary care physician who had the guts to say “I don’t know” and sent me to a gynecologist where I’m thankful to be receiving good care.
Excellent and contentious care. Very empathetic and kind.
She always listens to me and tries to help me and give me positive solutions to my medical needs she's so sweet and kind all the stuff is sweet and kind God bless
