WORST OFFICE and DOCTOR! Melissa and her office staff are out there to steal your money! The office and doctor refuses to refill my prescription for more than 1 month. But other office filled my prescription for 6 months. She also makes you go to doctors office to get a feedback on your blood work. Even if there is an abnormal blood work report, she doesn't even inform you about it, she just wants you to come to office, pay the visiting consultation fee and then responds and refills your prescription. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Melissa. She is incredibly patient, attentive, and genuinely listens - something that, unfortunately, I haven’t experienced with many doctors in the past. She takes her time during appointments and never makes you feel rushed. What I appreciate most is that she doesn’t immediately push medication as the first solution - she discusses all options and only suggests medication when truly necessary. Melissa is more than a N. P. She has so much experience that I consider her higher than a doctor. She is sharp as a tack, really listens, “gives it to you straight”, and beyond all of that, she really cares for her patients. To top it all off she is funny. That makes the appointments more bearable when you are going in for a more unpleasant visit. She’s the best “doc” around!
