I contacted this agency for quotes on auto, motorcycle, and umbrella policies. When the office manager called back, I asked if I could forward the same intake documents I’d already sent to one other agency, a photo of my license and current policy pages, no pricing included, simply to save everyone time since I was walking into a business lunch.
