Came to Melissa Ems after our prior agency was unable to help us find a new homeowner's policy. The staff was very helpful walking through the process. They were quick to respond to email questions and the entire process was smooth to get a new policy up and running. Update - 1 yr later - we've had some changes in our policy over the year and the folks at Melissa Ems have always been quick to respond to questions, let us know how to get a better deal/discounts, and provided an all around pleasant interaction.
