Melissa was incredible to work with when I first moved to San Francisco from Chicago. The market was completely different from what I was used to, and she guided me through the entire home-buying process from start to finish. She helped me successfully navigate a very competitive situation and win a condo that had seven offers. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and always had my best interests in mind. I’m so grateful for her guidance and everything she did to make it happen.
Melissa is GREAT. She worked patiently with us for a number of years until the right house came along. She then gave us great advice all through the buying process providing great support without pushing us. Once we closed, Melissa had a great array of contractors to jump into action to paint the house and repair a number of items before we moved in. We can't recommend Melissa highly enough.
We cannot recommend Melissa highly enough. She helped us find our dream home in Tiburon as part of an interstate move back to California, and she truly went above and beyond at every step. Melissa is positive, incredibly easy to work with, tenacious, resourceful, and, most importantly, she really listened to us. She understood what we were looking for and used her deep knowledge of Tiburon, Marin, and the greater Bay Area to help us find exactly the right home. The purchasing process itself was smooth, efficient, and quick... read more
I sold my house in Lucas Valley Ranch with Melissa right during the start of Covid. She did a wonderful job was very insightful and really walked us through the process of getting our house sold during a tough time. I highly recommend working with Melissa. Did I also mention she’s as sweet as apple pie?
My parents passed away in 2026 and I was looking for an agent to help me update and sell the home as I lived out of town. I had contacted 2 other agents, but received no reply. I phoned Melissa and she answered. No voicemail, no call back later. I am so very happy that she picked up my call. She was indespensable when it came to her connections with craftsman and dealing with city/county officials. She truly went above and beyond. She let in the repair folks, and once they were done sent me photos of the work. If it was not ... read more
