Melissa was very helpful. After speaking to many agents, it was an easy choice. Direct with her proposals. Advised us on the best offer to accept of the multiple offers we received and helped us through the process. It was comforting to know that a pro was leading us. We haven't been involved with real estate transactions in 45 years and were quite out of element. She made it as easy as possible. Contact her with confidence. Use her experience and knowledge of the process.
We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Melissa to help us purchase our first home! After months of searching, countless showings, and all the ups and downs that come with buying a home, Melissa was there for us every step of the way. She was patient, responsive, knowledgeable, and truly took the time to understand what we were looking for. We never felt rushed or pressured, and we always knew she had our best interests at heart. What makes it even more special is how full circle this experience has been. Years ago... read more
My husband and I are so glad we chose Melissa as our realtor. From the first time we met with her, we knew she was the right person to sell our home. Melissa is very knowledgeable, easy to work with thorough and available when we needed her or had any questions. We put all our trust in her and it paid off. We listed our home and was in contract within a few days. When we had an issue she was on it and not only put our mind at ease but helped fixed it. We couldn't have been happier with Melissa and her dedication in selling o... read more
My sister and I made an excellent choice in selecting Melissa Desantis as our realtor. She was instrumental in helping us to sell our home, which was inherited to us from my dad's passing. She was very caring about our situation and guided us through a difficult task. From the first day of meeting Melissa she was found to be responsive, knowledgeable and informative. Thanks to her expertise and knowing the market so well, we had several offers and our home sold in five days. She said we would get a price offer higher than th... read more
I’ve worked with Melissa for three home purchases/sales and I cannot say enough good things about how hard she always works to get the best deal possible. The way your home is photographed, promoted, and marketed absolutely makes a difference and I have not seen better than what Melissa did for me. And if a problem arises she is available, responsive, and highly professional in reaching a resolution. Highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.
