I became a patient in 2022, and in February 2023, I experienced a terrifying mental health crisis. She was amazing until she wasn’t. I received a text the evening (at 6:30)before my appointment day that she wasn’t going to except TriCare (so much for supporting our military families) anymore because it was exceptionally challenging so unless I wanted to pay cash without insurance and hope they’d reimburse me I said no thank you. Ok so I’ve seen them since the move within TriCare going from East to West yet why couldn’t they/she approach this with a more professional manner 🤔SMH VERY DISAPPOINTING

Had an initial consult yesterday with Dr. Quinn for med mgt. Was impressed with friendliness and professionalism from the office staff and Dr. Quinn. So happy I listened to the reviews before choosing this practice for my referral!

Dr. Quinn has been caring for our family members for several years. she's very professional and a great listener. unlike most psychiatrists, she takes the time to get to know you and genuinely cares for your wellbeing.

DR QUINN : SO MANY POSITIVE ATTRIBUTES I CAN TOUCH ON A FEW - CALM, THOUGHTFUL, REFLECTIVE, COMPASSIONATE, REASONABLE. SAVED MY LIFE AND BY EXTENSION MY FAMILY AS WELL !!!!
