I became a patient in 2022, and in February 2023, I experienced a terrifying mental health crisis. She was amazing until she wasn’t. I received a text the evening (at 6:30)before my appointment day that she wasn’t going to except TriCare (so much for supporting our military families) anymore because it was exceptionally challenging so unless I wanted to pay cash without insurance and hope they’d reimburse me I said no thank you. Ok so I’ve seen them since the move within TriCare going from East to West yet why couldn’t they/she approach this with a more professional manner 🤔SMH VERY DISAPPOINTING

I became a pt in 2022, in 2023 February I had a mental health event which scared me beyond anything. I reached out to her for health, she was my MD and that month she completely fired me and gave me my antidepressant med only. Had an initial consult yesterday with Dr. Quinn for med mgt. Was impressed with friendliness and professionalism from the office staff and Dr. Quinn. So happy I listened to the reviews before choosing this practice for my referral!
