Call today to make a new patient appointment and the staff was so rude to me. They hung up on me put me on hold multiple times and then the first time I called the receptionist was yelling in the phone I can’t hear you I can’t hear you. At this point I don’t even want to see this doctor because how her receptionist and staff treated me I would never recommend this her anyone.
I've been seeing Melissa for 5 years now and am so pleased. She takes the time to listen to you and any concerns you have. I've been pleased with all her suggestions and treatments. Would highly recommend!
