Melissa was instrumental in my finding a lovely home when moving from out of state under a very tight timeframe. She is extremely knowledgeable about the different communities in the Orlando area, has strong relationships with inspectors and others in the field, was super responsive to all my questions, and was always willing to help me out. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the process of buying a home a lot easier than I expected.
