We had a terrible experience with Melissa Clayton. We were selling a home fsbo and she tried to make us pay for closing costs and repairs we did not agree to. We had to hire an attorney to prove we didn't agree to those terms (we had email proof). 5 weeks later and a few thousand in attorney fees they agreed to close under the original terms we agreed to. Melissa paid for repairs and some closing costs for the buyers because she messed up the contract so badly. We will be filing a lawsuit for damages. I can't speak for any o... read more
