Dr Lao is awesome. She listens well and never makes me feel rushed! She makes me feel heard and that she really cares about keeping me healthy and alive.
My dad is 89 yo, so I'm reviewing for him. Dr. Lao is a good doctor and the staff tries to be helpful. However, if you are in the same position I am, caring for a elderly parent, a simple note in the patients file, to the fact (or create a form for the patient to sign indicating certain individuals who can assist on his behalf). The current system hinders getting aid to the elderly patient and does more harm to their health.
